• Twin shares - we are happy to offer twin rooms (where available) for that extra versatility to your stay
• Our family rooms are situated on the 2nd floor which has an inter-connecting corridor for that extra peace of mind.
• A single bed can be provided in selective rooms . ( A supplement for single occupancy does apply.)

Space Boutique B&B Eco Policy

Preserving and protecting the environment is important to us at Space Boutique B&B. We strive to minimise the environmental impact of our accommodation and restaurant and reduce our carbon footprint by:

• Constantly striving to reduce our energy usage and low energy light bulbs are gradually being introduced throughout the property
• giving customers the choice to reuse towels and bed linen, to conserve laundry
• providing pump action soaps in all bathrooms
• organising an efficient recycling policy for customers and staff
• Using eco friendly cleaning equipment called Enjo
• Most produce is British, and is sourced by as close as possible. We use local suppliers wherever possible.
• All paper and glass are recycled
• We only heat occupied rooms as and when required. The central heating is usually switched on for a short time during the morning and evening hours.
• Every radiator is fitted with a thermostatic valve for optimum heating levels in each room.
• We have increased all of the loft insulation to 250mm.
• We insulate all bedroom walls and ceilings, all external doors and windows are double glazed.
• Our toilets are fitted with dual flush options.

This is just a small snippet of what we as a small business do to be environmentally aware and are increasing our efforts in every way possible to be greener and friendlier to the environment. We recognise and take our responsibility seriously, to the environment and local community. We strive to have a positive impact on both and we ensure all aspects of our operations adhere to this principle and welcome any suggestions or contacts that can aid us in this quest.
