"Expensive but worth it"

Tastefully furnished and decorated. Careful attention to detail and personal touches. More expensive than the average B & B but L'occitane toiletries do 'hit the spot'. The B & B has its own Indian restaurant. Very convenient for The Great Orme and Llandudno Centre.

"A great place to stay"

Our weekend stay (Friday + Saturday nights) at Space was something of a last minute booking. We had planned to spend the weekend camping but with the remnants of Hurricane Katia trundling across the Atlantic, we decided four walls and a roof would be the sensible choice.

We booked Space through a combination of factors, mainly no chintz, good location and one room being available. The welcome from Bobby was very warm and he soon had shown us to our room. To save wandering around Llandudno looking for food, we'd also booked to eat in at Jaya. I notice some other TA reviewers have commented on the prices. Whilst the "headline" price might look expensive (eg £16.50 for the Lamb Masala), it does come with two side dishes (such as potatoes and lentils) plus rice. A quick check of the menu for our favourite local India shows not much difference in price when compared apples-to-apples. We both agreed that the previously mentioned Lamb Masala was one of the best curries we've ever tasted and very much enjoyed the whole meal.

Breakfast is excellent. Our thoughts are that a choice from the options of a full cooked breakfast, omelette, French toast or pancake is a generous selection. Cereal, fresh fruit and a selection of pastries were also available to ensure you didn't leave hungry. All-in-all we enjoyed our weekend at Space and would certainly return in the future.

“High standard, warm and friendly, would recommend!”

We have just come back from a nights stay at the space boutique which was arranged a surprise from our daughters so we had no idea what the accommodation would be like and didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by this modern, fantastically decorated B&B which has been finished to a high standard.

We where greeted on arrival by Bobby the proprietor and he was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. He showed us to our room and explained all details we would need, breakfast times, facilities etc even though there was your usual info booklet he took the time and made it feel personal.

The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, a nice selection of toiletries, plenty of nice thick clean towels, a wide range of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits pretty much everything you would need! The bed was so comfortable, the bedding was nice and clean as was the bathroom and the temperature in the room was very nice too as I have stayed in B&B's in the past which have been stuffy and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice, really fresh, tasty and well presented even the plates where gorgeous :)

I would highly recommend a stay at the B&B even if its just for 1 night, a tad pricey but worth the money and a really nice treat.

“Really nice, welcoming hotel!!”

Stayed overnight during July with my fiancee and 17 month old daughter. Bobby and Sunita both extremnely pleasant and welcoming. The room (Shanti) has been beautifully finished as has the rest of what we saw of this hotel, such as the dining room and lounge. Licenced bar and Indian restaurant are a nice touch and although we didn't eat here the menu looked real good, Would definately recommend this hotel, nice central location (Church Walks) about 7 minutes walk from the tram station in Llandudno and about the same to West shore (which IMHO is the better beach of the two). Wish the owners the best of luck with their venture and look forward to returning at some point.

“Five Star B&B 5 Minutes from the Promenade”

Location: Quiet street just 5 minutes walk from the promenade.

Parking: Convenient off street Staff: The owners were welcoming, accommodating, friendly and hospitable.

Room: Large and beautifully renovated (as with all the hotel).

Dining: Excellent traditional home-made Indian menu (spicy but not hot unless you request it otherwise!).

“Perfect in every way”

We have just spent 3 wonderful days at this beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean hotel. There is a relaxed and comfortable atmoshphere and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, Bobby and Sunnita. It is close to both beaches and only 5 mins away from the Great Orme tram.

Room Tip: There wasn't a best room, they are all excellent.

“Fantastic... most relaxing holiday weekend in a long time”

I felt the stress and tension of the past week slip away when I arrived at Space, and it quite took me by surprise. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I loved the bedroom - we were in a "super-king room" - and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in for some time. Lovely decor in the bedroom with a feature Indian silk bedspread. Bathroom fantastic, with Porcelanosa bathroom fittings. Great view from the bedroom across the tree tops and the coastline to Conwy. Perfect location for a weekend away without a car - easy walking distance to the the tram to Great Orme and to the Pier and promenade. The breakfast managed to be both substantial and imaginative - a rare combination. Jaya Restaurant in the B & B was terrific, wish we could find Indian food of that standard in Manchester these days! Highly recommend - almost reluctant to review in case it becomes too popular! Thank you Bobby and Sunita, all your hard work is much appreciated by us.

Room Tip: Superking room we booked was great.

"A fantastic weekend in lovely surroundings" Arrived on the Friday night. stayed in the pavan room which had an amazing view. Booked a table in the restaurant. The meal was exceptional, absolutely delicious and great value. wished I had made a reservation for the Saturday night too! left on Sunday Suitably relaxed.

"Fantastic - Gorgeous Hotel!!" We stayed at the Space Boutique B&B in the Aakash - Double room on Thursday 24th February. The Aakash room is a gorgeous room, it has a lovely en-suite bathroom on a separate level. It has been decorated to a very high standard as is the rest of the Hotel. Bob was a fantastic host - he made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was gorgeous! We will definitely be returning to Space Boutique with our children. Hopefully we will get to meet Sunita and the children on our return and have dinner at Jaya!

Our return visit in early September was even better - if that's possible.The weather was warm and sunny every day, which made our trip up Snowdon so memorable. We realise even Bobby and Sunita have no control over the weather, however, but they made our stay so enjoyable. Our room (Suraj, this time)was comfortable, spacious - great, airy bathroom with a window - with another beautiful view to the West Shore. Breakfasts were delicious, and again we ate in the excellent Jaya restaurant twice for dinner. As winter approaches, we often think back to our last holiday in Llandudno, staying at Space - and long for the summer - because we'll be back!

this was the third time we have stayed at space boutique b&b in the last 12 months. Everytime we have been there the service as been execellent 11 out of 10. BObby sunita jaya maya are the best family you will ever find and there staff are 1oo%.The rooms, restaurant, bar are just what anyone could wish for. We have had our 23rd and our 24th wedding anniversary at the hotel and next year we will be haveing our 25th silver anniversary there (if bobby sunita will have us lol) and we look forward to many more stays there.If you are looking for somewhere to stay than we recamend you book into space boutique.Hands on heart we love it. ps sorry our review is late we been very busy

"Return visit another hit!!" We had such a wonderful stay at Space Boutique last year that we promised ourselves that we would have a return visit. We were delighted to find that everything was as we remembered it and that Bobby and Sunita were the consumate hosts again! The decor, cleanliness, and uniqueness of each of the rooms and especially the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The comfort and well being of their guests is their main priority.

Simply Wonderful !!! Having already been let down by our previous accommodation we found ourselves without anywhere to stay on a bank holiday weekend and by sheer luck alone, we managed to find this GEM of a place. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally at the door by the owner who welcomed us and took us through the booking in, which took all of 2 minutes, after which he took us to our room and carried some of our bags for us. Our room was fantastic, beautifully and tastefully decorated in an ultra modern way but not stark as some "minimalist" designs can feel. Our view overlooked the Conwy estuary and was very pleasant. The en-suite bathroom was fabulous, modern and clean with towels with the "Space" logo designed into them - it seems that someone has paid a great deal of attention to detail in this establishment. The Bed was the comfiest we had all throughout our short break and cannot be faulted in any way. To top off our near perfect experience was the quality breakfast. We stayed in several different places during our break, some vastly more expensive (and supposedly higher quality) but none came close to the quality of the breakfast at space. Great ingredients, well thought out and prepared to perfection! Best B&B I have ever stayed in.

We have just spent four nights here. The whole experience was so enjoyable. Stylish, comfortable accomodation and first rate food. Bobby is such a great host. He really works so hard to make your stay memorable. We also ate in the Jaya restaurant twice. It also deserves an excellent review. The food was fresh, beautifully presented - the best Indian food we've ever had. We really fell in love with North Wales, and will be back to stay at Space Boutique- can't wait!

"Fabulous and unique Bed and Breakfast!!!" The service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous and welcoming. The entire bed and breakfast was beautifully decorated and had a feeling of a home away from home. Loved the welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was outstanding. As seasoned European travelers this is one the nicest places we have stayed. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered! "A Real Gem of a Find" I found the Space Boutique on a wide search on the internet and liked the look of the place. Having read several excellent reviews I thought I'd give it a go and I'm so glad I did, the place is superb. The hotel is situated in the shadow of The Great Orme a short walk from the seafront (on either side of the peninsular) and town centre, also far enough from town to be quiet if pubs and clubs aren't your thing. Bedrooms and breakfast are excellent and I'd highly recommend the restaurant. Everything - the place is a joy and Bobby and Sunita were perfect hosts. If you like Eastern cuisine the restaurant is a must. Not a big menu but you don't need it because of the variety on offer.

“What a wonderful find Space Boutique is!!!” We were greeted at the car park by Sunita, shown to reception where we had a refreshing glass of juice which was needed on a warm sunny day. We were then given time to settle after our trip and engaged in a light and informative conversation, about the hotel, the restaurant and local places to grab a light bite. The room we stayed in was the Pavan, which was on the top floor. The room was of the highest standard a huge bed, pristine sheets and pillows. The bed was very comfortable which meant we had a relaxing and full nights sleep. The bathroom well appointed, the towels and dressing gowns were lovely touch with the space logo. The food from the restaurant both of the evening and breakfast were exceedingly good and the service second to none. Like most guests we decided to try their restaurant, Jaya, again what a find, brilliant experience, the food, Indian, with an African twist, serves Thali style (complete meal in separate small bowls) was the perfect way to present, well cooked tasty food, home cooked by Sunita to order. This personal treatment carried on throughout the whole weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't praise it highly enough!!! The owners Bobby & Sunita made us feel really welcome, and the little touches made lasting memories. Like changing the photo’s in the restaurant, to reflect the meal being served. Finally we wish them both well and hope the imminent arrival of their second child in July brings more happiness and joy.

"Excellent place to stay" You are welcomed from the moment you arrive. The building is tastefully decorated which makes it a very relaxing place to stay. The rooms are lovely and very clean. We stayed in Sagar which had lovely views of the mountains and coast. The breakfast was of a high standard with something for all tastes.

"Beautiful accommodation - 1st class service this place is amazing!!!" First class B&B... owners couldn’t do enough to ensure you had a memorable visit... nothing is go much trouble for them. The rooms are beautifully decorated, as is the bar/lounge area and the breakfast/restaurant area... excellent variety of breakfast hot and cold selection available - The B&B also operates an indian restaurant 'Jaya' which is run by the owners Bobby and Sunita, the food is excellent and not the normal menu you expect in your local indian restaurant, its a little special......
